In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Our Commitment to Fairness

At Iqra Wartqi, we are guided by the Islamic principles of justice and fairness in all our dealings. As Allah (SWT) says in the Quran: "Give full measure when you measure, and weigh with an even balance. That is good and better in the end" (Al-Isra 17:35).

This Refund & Cancellation Policy reflects our commitment to treating all students with equity while maintaining the sustainability of our educational mission.

Understanding Our Policy Framework

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us: "Both parties in a business transaction have the right to cancel it so long as they have not separated" (Sahih al-Bukhari). We have established this policy to balance the rights of students with the practical needs of running an Islamic educational platform.

Refunds are allowed within 7 days of enrollment provided that:

  • The request is made in good faith and not for frivolous reasons

After 7-Day Period

"O you who believe! Fulfill your contracts" (Al-Ma'idah 5:1)

  • After 7 days from enrollment, all fees are non-refundable
  • This policy allows us to maintain course quality and compensate our instructors fairly
  • Students are encouraged to carefully consider their commitment before enrolling
