2.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course materials, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period, you may be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Course Content Does Not Meet Expectations
If you find that the course content does not meet the description provided on our website or fails to meet your expectations based on the advertised curriculum, you can request a refund within the allowed time frame.
2.3 Duplicate Enrollment
If you accidentally enroll in the same course twice, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate payment, provided the request is made within the specified time frame.

5. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase. Please note:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the same card.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds will be processed to the original bank account.
- Third-Party Payment Gateways (e.g., PayPal): Refunds will be processed to the same PayPal account.
It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Refund for Subscription Plans
If you subscribed to a recurring subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually) for access to our courses or platform features, you may request a refund for the first payment within the first 14 days of the subscription period. Subsequent payments will not be refunded once the subscription period has started.
