Student Conduct and Islamic Values

As stated in the Quran: "And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided" (Al-Imran 3:103). All students agree to:

  • Follow the rules and regulations of Iqra Wartqi
  • Uphold Islamic values and principles in all interactions
  • Maintain respectful communication with instructors and fellow students
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment

Prohibited Conduct

Following the Islamic principle of preventing harm, the following behaviors will result in immediate account suspension:

  • Disrespectful behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students
  • Spreading fitnah (discord, strife, or false information) in classes or community forums
  • Inappropriate conduct that contradicts Islamic teachings
  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind
  • Disruption of classes or learning activities

As the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The believer is not one who eats his fill while his neighbor goes hungry" - we expect students to be considerate of others' learning experience.

Course Access and Usage Rights

Personal Use Only

In accordance with the Islamic principle of amanah (trust) and respecting intellectual property:

  • Course access is strictly for enrolled students only
  • Login credentials must not be shared with others
  • All course materials are provided for your personal educational use exclusively

Intellectual Property Protection

Following the Islamic teaching that "Whoever does not thank people, does not thank Allah", we respect the efforts of our instructors:

  • Recorded classes, PDFs, and materials are for personal use only
  • Redistribution, sharing, or reselling of course content is strictly prohibited
  • Screenshots, recordings, or copying of materials for distribution is not permitted
  • Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action

Financial Obligations

Payment Terms

As Allah says: "Give full measure when you measure, and weigh with an even balance" (Al-Isra 17:35):

  • Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials
  • Payment confirms your enrollment and activates your course access
  • All transactions must be completed through our secure payment system
  • We offer various payment options to accommodate different circumstances

Refund Policy

We strive for fairness in all dealings. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account Islamic principles of justice and the specific circumstances of each situation.

Course Completion and Certification

Requirements for Certification

"And whoever strives only strives for [the benefit of] himself" (Al-Ankabut 29:6):

  • Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements
  • Students must demonstrate satisfactory understanding of course material
  • Active participation and completion of assignments may be required
  • Certificates reflect your dedication to Islamic learning and personal development

Platform Policies and Updates

Right to Modify

Following the Islamic principle of maslaha (public interest), we reserve the right to:

  • Update course content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Modify schedules to better serve our students
  • Revise policies as needed for the betterment of our community
  • Make improvements to our platform and services

Students will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.

Educational Disclaimer

Nature of Our Service
